ORIGIN
Where it began
QAliber was not created as just another professional group. It began with a real experience that made us pause and reflect.
- 01
The Problem
The industry is evolving rapidly. AI is changing expectations. Skill demands are shifting. Lay‑offs are affecting capable and hardworking professionals around us. In such times, talent alone is not enough. What truly makes a difference is clarity, alignment, structured upskilling, and the right support system.
- 02
The Moment
This realization became personal when a close colleague was impacted by lay-offs. Despite strong experience and dedication, finding the right opportunity was not easy.
- 03
The Insight
If someone competent within our own circle could face uncertainty, many others might be going through the same struggle silently. What truly makes a difference is the right support system.
The beginning
Support was extended to a colleague facing layoffs, and through that journey, one realization became clear: if someone competent within our own circle could face uncertainty, many others might be going through the same struggle silently.
Here is what that support looked like in practice:
- Sharing openings aligned with their profile
- Identifying skill gaps together
- Discussing real interview expectations
- Encouraging focused and structured preparation
